10. Trademark & Brand Protection

"HRU", the HRU name, logo, symbols, slogans, proprietary indices, methodologies, and all related branding elements are registered trademarks and/or protected trade identifiers owned exclusively by HRU or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence, right, or permission to use any HRU trademark, service mark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.
